01 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use the menyala78 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. menyala78 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify ongoing compliance with these requirements.

• Hold an active Malaysian phone number registered in your own name
• Reside in Malaysia or hold Malaysian citizenship or permanent residency
• Not currently prohibited from using gambling or betting services under any court order or Malaysian law
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person or business entity
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

02 Member Account & Security Responsibilities

This applies to accounts registered under the same name, phone number, IP address, or device. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in immediate action, including suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balance obtained through those duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your account

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or lent to another person
• You must notify menyala78 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

Menyala78 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. However, we will cooperate fully in any investigation if you report the unauthorised access promptly.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on menyala78 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). We accept deposits via major Malaysian digital payment methods only — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Overseas payment methods are not accepted.
